Questa attività, che s’inserisce nell’ambito delle celebrazioni della Giornata dell’Africa, punta a presentare l’Africa nella sua diversità culturale e di civiltà e a trasmettere un messaggio di ottimismo e di speranza per il continente.
Nel suo discorso, l’Ambasciatore ha salutato l’iniziativa e gli sforzi della comunità africana attraverso le attività di questa associazione, sottolineando che questa dinamica rappresenta un esempio di integrazione e di convivenza. L’Ambasciatore ha anche ricordato il contesto della Giornata Mondiale del vivere insieme in pace.
In segno di riconoscimento per la sua presenza e il suo interesse a queste attività, l’artista Pietra Barrasso e il presidente dell’Associazione della Diaspora africana hanno offerto all’Ambasciatore un quadro simbolico.
