Signore e signori,
L’8 marzo, un luogo di incontro che di solito celebriamo, è per noi l’occasione per discutere il riferimento simbolico della Giornata internazionale della donna e singolarmente tracciare il percorso e le realizzazioni della donna algerina militante ché è riuscita in ogni momento a imporre la sua presenza e la sua competenza con merito.
Abbiamo voluto ché questo giorno fosse eccezionale nella nostra società perché richiama alla memoria i successi della donna algerina in favore di una ricca carriera che gli ha permesso di assumere pienamente il suo ruolo come elemento di stabilità e di sicurezza e come simbolo di coraggio e perseveranza, all’interno della famiglia e della società in cui esercita i suoi diritti e adempie ai suoi doveri liberamente ed equamente.
La donna algerina ha partecipato attivamente alla resistenza contro l’occupazione coloniale, e alla gloriosa guerra di liberazione con la convinzione che la sua libertà è inseparabile da quella del paese.
M’inchino alla memoria dei nostri martiri, uomini e donne, Dio dà loro la sua santa misericordia e vorrei esprimere il mio apprezzamento per le mie sorelle moudjahidate, augurando loro salute e lunga vita, ché possano contribuire allo sviluppo dell’Algeria alla cui liberazione hanno contribuito.

La donna algerina ha oggi il diritto di vantarsi dei suoi successi, dei risultati raggiunti e dei progressi che ha compiuto e che hanno rafforzato la sua posizione e l’ammirazione rafforzata nel suo ambiente locale e regionale.
Oltre alla liberazione della madrepatria dal giogo coloniale, la rivoluzione di novembre ha reso possibile il raggiungimento di molti altri obiettivi, tra cui l’emancipazione delle donne in politica, garantendo loro diritti e uguaglianza di opportunità dall’avvento dello stato algerino indipendente, frutto del suo contributo alla rivoluzione.
Nel settore economico, la donna tende ad eguagliare il loro fratello, l’uomo nel campo dell’imprenditoria economica, specialmente tra i giovani.
Inoltre, siamo orgogliosi delle responsabilità che assume nel settore economico a capo di importanti imprese economiche e persino delle organizzazioni dei datori di lavoro.
La celebrazione della Giornata mondiale della donna in Algeria dovrebbe essere un’opportunità per invitare le donne algerine a svolgere i loro numerosi doveri al servizio della famiglia e della patria, i doveri che derivano dal ruolo delle donne nel nostro paese ma sfida anche l’Algeria, in un mondo in preda a un cambiamento sfrenato.

Esorto la donna algerina a raddoppiare i suoi sforzi per essere all’altezza delle aspettative e della responsabilità del futuro dell’Algeria. Come oggi in prima linea dei promotori della riforma e rimane un garante della stabilità e del progresso del nostro paese, è chiamato ad affrontare le sfide future a rafforzare le fondamenta della società, ché continuiamo a costruire con determinazione e perseveranza, autentica e moderna, tollerante e inclusiva, basata sullo stato di diritto nell’intento di costruire un economia sempre più forte economia in grado di assicurare una prosperità sostenibile per la nostra gente.
